Monmouth County utilized a Project Labor Agreement for the expansion of its 2500 Kozloski Road government complex in Freehold.
The addition to the County’s primary administrative complex expanded operational capacity and improved public access to government services. The Project Labor Agreement provided labor stability and predictable scheduling for a high-traffic government facility that could not afford disruption during construction.
