Monmouth County utilized a Project Labor Agreement for improvements at Hominy Hill Golf Course. Upgrades were made to one of the County’s premier public golf facilities improved amenities, infrastructure, and visitor experience. The use of a Project Labor Agreement ensured quality construction and minimal disruption during improvements to this revenue-generating public asset.
