Ocean County utilized a Project Labor Agreement for expansion of the Marine Academy of Technology & Environmental Science (MATES).
The addition expanded specialized STEM and environmental science education facilities. Built under a Project Labor Agreement, the project required high-skill trades to deliver advanced instructional spaces.
