NJCU and the Hudson County Building Trades Council agreed to a PLA for university construction projects over $5 million.
This PLA was extended through at least 2027, showing the parties think it’s working well enough to continue.
It’s meant to help ensure local residents and union workers get work and that projects use skilled labor.
